🎯 Target: Parents who share responsibility for the children, whether in a couple or separated.
😖 Pain: The mental load is doubled when it's shared with the other parents and relationships deteriorate due to the tensions created by the organization.
📱 Solution: An interface that allows you to centralize and better distribute tasks, with humor and fun.
🚀 Originality: "The Favorite" offers a humorous take on the burden of parenthood. Parents work as a real team, while having fun competing against each other.
🚀 Challenge
Create and build an app in two weeks within a squad of 4 Junior fullstack
developers.

Bootstrap Framework
To design the product and afine the idea, I used the Design Thinking framework.
I used the Scrum Framework to organize development and atomic design to align front-end architecture and UI design.
The project was carried out according Scrum Framework. Epic/User Stories drove back-end developments and Atomic Design allowed me to align front-end architecture and UI design.

Backlog management
As Product Owner, I ensured the timely delivery of the application, despite a one-third reduction in the developer workforce at the project's kickoff, through:
- Prioritization of features based on user tests conducted on a functional prototype.
- Efficient management of the product backlog through tracking of ticket progress and associated documentation.
- Increased team velocity through regular retrospectives and detailed technical/functional specifications (e.g., Figma- ready-to-dev prototypes).
Taking a little time to reduce uncertainty in specs means saving a lot of time in development.
